The hand fan Garnata is an absolute dream. This folding fan with its Andalusian tile inspired design is as decorative as it is useful. The high-quality silk and wood, make this an exquisite accessory that you will definitely want to take everywhere with you.

Made of pure wood and natural silk, it is assembled in a small workshop in Valencia with more than 100 years of family tradition. The art of assembly, which is a manual process, is known as varillado, an almost lost technique.

Design inspired by Islamic art geometric tiles from the Alhambra of Granada.

I know the review count is low, but trust me, this is a fantastic fan. I've had it for a few years now. It's beautiful, and you can appreciate the colors even more with the sunlight filtering through.
It's so nice to flip open and fidget with. The wood retains smells if you're the sort to hit it with a perfume or scent.

I broke a bit of the boning bc I sat on it while it was my back pocket, but I repaired it best I could. After all , how can I toss it? It's one of my most treasured possessions.
