SHIPPING INFORMATION
Processing Time
- If the item is in stock (and not made to order, such as repujado leather wall art or Alhambra-inspired plasterwork), we do our best to ship within the same day or within 24 hours after receiving your order.
- This guideline applies to orders placed before 15:00 (for deliveries within mainland Spain) or before 12:00 (for international shipments or Spanish islands).
- We generally prepare packages from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 and 16:00, once payment has been confirmed. Orders received after those cut-off times or on weekends/holidays will be organized on the next business day.
Keep in mind that high-demand periods (e.g., Christmas, special promotions, or sales) may require a bit more time. If you have an urgent request, please contact us directly—we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Shipping Costs
- The shipping cost for each order is displayed during checkout, determined by destination and package size/weight. In most cases (unless items are heavier or bulkier, like large artwork), orders weigh under 1 or 2 kg.
- Some orders (e.g., leather wall art or custom pieces) may take up to 30 business days if they’re made from scratch, though typically we finish faster. Contact us if you need an approximate delivery date.
Delivery Estimates & Rates
- Mainland Spain: Free for orders over €50, with a 3–5 business day delivery window. An express option (from €5.35 for <1kg) offers next-day or up to 48 hours delivery on business days.
- Balearic Islands: Free for orders over €100, 3–5 business day delivery.
- Canary Islands: From €14.95 for standard shipping, 3–5 business day estimate (may vary due to customs). Customs fees, if applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Portugal: Free for orders over €100, 3–5 business day delivery.
- Ceuta & Melilla: Free for orders over €100, 3–5 business day delivery. Customs duties, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility.
- European Union: Free for orders over €125, with a 4–10 business day window. An express shipping option starts from €14.45, delivering typically within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- United States: Free for orders over €150, 4–10 business days. Express shipping starts from €16.95, arriving in about 2–5 business days.
- Outside the EU: Varies according to destination and package weight. Please write to info@munira.net or check the checkout for more details.
Packages sent to non-EU countries may be subject to additional charges (import taxes, customs duties, and/or destination-specific fees). These costs, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility. For more clarity, it’s best to reach out to your local customs office. Orders exceeding 5 kg in weight may incur a surcharge.
Changing the Delivery Address
- If you need to update your delivery address after placing your order, let us know as soon as possible. Once a shipment has left our facilities, we cannot modify the address. Any changes after dispatch or requests to deliver to a different address may involve an additional fee.
Couriers & Tracking
- Within Spain, we primarily use CTT and Zeleris, though we occasionally partner with other couriers. UPS handles most international orders.
- Shipments to P.O. boxes are not available, except for the United Arab Emirates.
- Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. The courier makes two delivery attempts; if no one is available, they will contact you to arrange another attempt, or you may collect the package from a local depot within ten days.
- Any extra fees arising from incorrect address details provided by the customer are the buyer’s responsibility. Make sure your address is fully accurate (street number, floor, postal code, etc.) and that someone can receive the package during normal working hours.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
30-Day Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request an exchange or return—this includes any product purchased from our online store, except earrings (due to hygiene reasons, unless there’s a defect or shipping error).

Reasons for Return or Exchange
- Item arrived damaged or in poor condition
- Incorrect size or style ordered
- The product isn’t what you expected, and you want a different item or a refund
All returned or exchanged items must be in original condition, showing no signs of wear or damage. Please include all labels, packaging, and related accessories. It’s your responsibility to use secure packaging to ensure items arrive at Munira in good shape. If we receive products that appear used or damaged due to improper packing, the refund or exchange cannot be processed.
Exceptions
- Personalized items (engraved or irreversibly altered products) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there’s an error on our part or the item is defective.

- We’ll provide a return label or instructions, depending on your location.
- Once our Customer Service team receives and inspects the returned items, we’ll confirm by email and ship your replacement.

- Contact us and let us know you’d like a refund.
- We’ll send a return label or further instructions if needed.
- After we receive the item and assess its condition, we’ll send a confirmation.
- If the item is discontinued or unavailable, we’ll refund the original purchase amount via your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.).
Please note, Munira isn’t responsible for any lost or damaged shipments during the return process, so be sure to choose a safe shipping method. Until the return arrives at our facilities, it remains under your responsibility.
Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges
- We offer straightforward returns and exchanges for Spain, the EU, and other supported countries. Final costs depend on your location and package weight (usually under 1–2 kg).
- If you’re exchanging one product for another with a different price, we’ll settle the difference via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.
