Hamzah is a merchant of honor. As genuine, a talented artist, and as caring for the customer as they may exist!
I happened to buy this scarf in Modal fabric first while believing I was buying a Silk fabric one. It was purely circumstantial and in no way, any fault of Hamzah at all. However, I was disappointed upon receiving the item though the Modal fabric scarf is good in itself, just that I didn't get what I expected.
To me, buying a personal article as a scarf is not just a transaction. It is an acquisition experience. So when I reached out to Hamzah explaining the situation, he asked me for my wish first, but then sent me the same scarf in Silk fabric anyway. It is gorgeous!
Please give Hamzah a chance. You will be more than happy!
